Samples are complimentary; we simply ask that you cover the shipping cost. Please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch during busy periods.

Samples are supplied as a single 100×100 mm tile (unless otherwise specified) and are intended as a guide to colour, finish and material character.

As our tiles are handmade or crafted from natural materials, variation is an essential part of their character. For this reason, we provide one sample per colour and do not send multiple samples of the same colour. If you would like to better understand the tonal variation within a particular range, please submit an enquiry and our team will be happy to provide additional photography alongside your sample.

If multiple samples of the same colour are ordered, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a refund or discuss alternative colour selections. Please note this may delay dispatch.

Variations in colour, tone, texture, size and finish are inherent characteristics of handmade and natural stone tiles. Images and samples are representative only and may not display the full range of variation present within a batch.
